Each painting sold through this site is an original, one-of-a-kind work, hand-painted by Daniil Angelo Bravi. As these are not mass-produced products, the conditions described below apply.
Returns for change of mind are not accepted once a purchase is confirmed, given the unique and original nature of each artwork.
You can cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase by writing to me through the Contact page, provided that preparation of the artwork has not yet begun. In that case you will receive a full refund. After 48 hours, or if preparation has already started, the order can no longer be cancelled.
If the artwork arrives damaged during shipping, contact me within 7 days of delivery through the Contact page, attaching clear photos of the damage and the packaging. I will assess a full or partial refund, or — if possible — a replacement, depending on the extent of the damage.
If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned via the same payment method used for the purchase (Stripe), within 14 business days of approval.
Write to me through the Contact page, including the name of the purchased artwork, the order date, and the reason for the request.
Video courses and in-person lessons are not covered by this return policy. These are digital content (video courses) or services (in-person lessons) available immediately after purchase: as with sellers of STL files, 3D assets, or tutorials on platforms like ArtStation, Gumroad, or similar, once access to the content has been granted the purchase is considered final and the withdrawal right that applies to physical goods does not apply. Any requests related to courses should still be arranged directly through the Contact page.
